Resipi

CLASSIC CHEESECAKE (bake)

Ingredient

Biscuits (Mini cracker Hwa Tai/Ritz craft) - 200g
Melted butter - 100g

Cream cheese - 250g
Condensed milk - 250 ml
Sour cream - 200g
Whipping Cream (ANchor UHT) - 300 ml
Corn Starch - 2 tbsp
Egg - 1 nos
Lemon juice - 1/2 nos
Lemon peel (jgn ambil kulit putih) - 1 nos

Cara-cara:
1. Pukul cream cheese
2. masuk whipping cream
3. masuk sour cream
4. masuk telor
5. masuk tepung jagung - gandum skit
6. masuk susu sedikit demi sedikit
7. last masuk lemon juice+lemon peel

Bakar suhu 140 'c for 1hr 30 min.
use WATER BATH technique..
